Understanding the Ortho Practice COVID-19 Recovery Timeline

This webinar will focus on the COVID-19 24-month recovery timeline that Levin Group created for the orthodontic specialty.

Having already completed Phase 1, which was characterized by pent-up demand, we are now amidst Phase2, which is characterized by a slowdown in referrals and lower practice production. Many orthodontic practices are noticing that the number of new patients is beginning to slow down. This doesn’t have to happen!

In this data-driven webinar, Dr. Levin will lay out strategies that can be immediately implemented and executed to increase the number of new patients even during a slowdown period. Despite a higher level of competition and a more sluggish referral pattern throughout dentistry, forward-thinking orthodontic practices can increase the number of referrals, if they have the correct strategies and systems in place.

The key will be to understand all Five Focus Areas of orthodontic marketing as well as key ortho systems such as The New Patient Experience (which includes the First Phone Call). When all of this is combined, practice branding improves, and referrals will increase from multiple sources.
