Setting Your Orthodontic Stage for Same-Day Treatment Decisions

Whether you are providing in-office or virtual initial evaluations for your new patients (or some amazing combination of both), there are many things you can do, both prior to and during the appointment, to set the stage for a same-day treatment decision. Getting that level of treatment commitment and orthodontic enthusiasm right away will increase the productivity of your new patient visits and will also decrease the need for time consuming follow up with the undecided patient or parent.

Natalie will discuss each step from the initial phone call, through the welcome/confirmation phone call, to the actual day of the appointment. She will review scripting and important software tools from Edge Cloud and ViewPoint that can be used to support this process. With 30 years of both hands-on experience as a TC and extensive TC staff training with her offices, Natalie will help you fine-tune your new patient process in a way that builds a desire to get started with orthodontics and provides the tools and information the patient/parent need to make a same day decision about orthodontic care.
